1999 Honda Civic Starter Relay

1999 Honda Civic Starter Relay. I checked for voltage using a multimeter from the battery to the starter/solenoid ignition switch terminal and I did not get any voltage reading. Honda Civic Starters are the devices that connect the vehicle battery to your crankshaft.
